Well, here we are again. I did not get a lot accomplished today. We had a few errands to run and I decided I wanted to have lunch “out on the town”. That is a treat for us because we do eat most of our meals in.....it is just too expensive to make a regular habit of eating out. Plus I do enjoy my own cooking.......maybe a little too much---if you know what I mean :)

We knew that most of the restaurants are located by the mall shopping district. We had been there before, so no problem---right? We got lost and it was my fault. I just couldn’t seem to get orientated to the map and our gps was not being of any help either. DH did finally manage to get us into familiar territory and somehow we managed to stumble upon the shopping district. We found a restaurant and had a nice lunch. We had started out for an early lunch, but ended up having a late one.

Once we made it home, I just was not feeling well. I ended up taking about a 2 hour nap. When I got up, I did feel a little better. Decided I had better get something accomplished in the window treatment workshop. I ended up covering all the buttons for the last 4 pair of panels---all 16 of them. I had hoped to get them sewn on, but that just didn’t happen.

I received an email from an rv dreamer about window treatment advice. So, I thought I would let everyone know, I am more than happy to offer advice on windows or any other decorating dilemma you may have. I’d be happy to look at interior photos as well. I did interior design and window treatments for many years, including 3 decorator show houses. One of which was a 20+ million dollar mansion in Indianapolis. Myself and another decorator friend of mine did a forty foot handpainted mural in the mansion. I’ll try to post some photos of it tomorrow.
