Wow, where is the month of February going----it seems it is just flying by. Today after breakfast we decided to head over to the Arizona Market Place. It is set up like a flea market---only everyone is on concrete and everything is under cover--even the isle ways. DH was looking for some little ring type thingys for our satellite tripod--ya know to help stake it in the ground. I had found out about a bead shop that was located there. I found what I was looking for and purchased a small amount of beads. I have some “how to ” information so I’m going to see what develops from there. DH was not so lucky--couldn’t find what he was looking for......but I’m sure he will eventually.
Back at the fiver, I decided I was not in a ‘painting mood’ so I ended up reading some of my next book, “Tick Tock” by Koontz. At first I was not sure I was going to like it. The plot read like an old version of a Twilight Zone episode, but I kept reading and a new character was introduced that I really liked. At any rate, the book ended up being very good and I especially liked the ending. Anyone out there that likes a good supernatural story with a bit of comedy thrown in........this is the book for you.
After I finished my book, I did spend a little time on my painting. Not a very exciting day, but then some times excitement is over rated..........
Peter, Thanks for the shower tip we will give it a try!
