The gentleman washing our rig was here bright and early to wax today. Although, we feel he may be higher priced then some for his service--he is doing an excellent job and our rv was really dirty.
The furballs and I went on our walk and then I got back to doing some painting on my Sadie portrait. I had been having some real “painter’s block”, but it seems to have passed and I will post a photo when I finish.
I did manage to get my haircut today. I was a little worried at first--the stylist talked non-stop while I was in the chair, only stopping long enough to “fix” her own hair while cutting mine. Made me more than a little nervous, but all turned out well and I’m good for another 6 to 8 weeks. DH had dropped me off for my appointment and I was to call him when I was done. So, I stepped out into the parking lot and made the call. He answers with, “Look to your right”, I was basically standing right beside the truck when I made the call......LOL!
Supper was enjoyed at the VFW, Deb and Don had invited us to come. The VFW puts on a good feed---country fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, roll, and german choc cake for dessert. All that for $6.00!
Back at the fiver, it was jammy time again, a little tv, a little pre-bedtime nap, and an end to another great day!......
